I am a Business and Retail trainer and often in our classes we talk about how word of negative feedback and experiences travel much faster and farther than good. No one talks about the good experiences… On that note I want to congratulate the book connection dubbo for their outstanding customer service I experienced last week. I only had dealings with them for about 5 minutes, but from the lovely gentleman that took my call and reserved my book, and the lady who I dealt with in the shop, they were both fantastic. I won’t be headed to big w or Kmart next time I need a book… Book connection from now on.
